Albert Strange Night
A great evening in the club last night (Jan 20th 2018) with Nick Taylor giving a talk on our founder, Albert Strange.
The event was very well attending, including Keith Burdett who donated the model of Sheila 11 (one of Alberts designs) and Andrew and Maggie Boyes who donated the case for it.
It was an interesting talk and slide show, with information about Albert Strange’s roots, his family and life. The presentation was about 40 minutes and was followed with some YouTube videos of the story of Tally Ho and it’s refurbishment so far, another of Albert Strange’s designs, that is being partially funded by the Albert Strange society.

A well attended evening
